Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel outside of Atlanta?
Yes! We serve Atlanta, the Metro Atlanta area, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for destinations outside the metro area. Contact us to discuss your location.
What is your turnaround time?
Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date. Engagement sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
What is your deposit and payment schedule?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding day. We also accept payment plans.
Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes, a second photographer is available and included in our BASI Signature package. It can also be added to other packages for an additional fee.
How do we secure our date?
After our initial consultation, we'll send you a contract and invoice. Once the deposit is received and the contract is signed, your date is officially secured.
